Iqra University’s Centre for Excellence in Islamic FinTech (IU CEIF) and EFU Hemayah Takaful have formalized a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration between academia and the Islamic financial services industry.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing future-ready professionals, promoting knowledge exchange, and encouraging the adoption of internationally recognized best practices and standards across Islamic Finance, Takaful, and FinTech.
Through this collaboration, IU CEIF and EFU Hemayah Takaful will work towards creating opportunities for professional development, research, capacity building, and innovation, while exploring the integration of Islamic finance principles with emerging financial technologies. The MoU marks an important step towards strengthening academia-industry engagement and contributing to the continued development of the Islamic Finance and FinTech ecosystem.
