The Centre For Excellence in Islamic FinTech (CEIF) is a specialized academic, research, and capacitybuilding centre of Iqra University. The Centre has been established to support Pakistan’s transition towards a technologyenabled, Shariahcompliant, and inclusive financial system. Drawing inspiration from leading national and international centres IU-CEIF differentiates itself through a strong FinTech orientation, focusing on digital Islamic banking, Islamic capital markets, crowdfunding, blockchain, and ethical financial innovation.

The financial services industry is undergoing a profound transformation driven by technology, regulation, and evolving consumer expectations. In Pakistan, this transformation presents a unique opportunity to strengthen Islamic Banking and Finance through FinTech-enabled, Shariah-compliant solutions.
The Centre For Excellence in Islamic FinTech at Iqra University has been established to respond to this opportunity.
